Coronado Islands Mexico / San Diego, CA   25 July 99

     Dived with Lois Ann Charters.

From San Diego the Lois Ann traveled for about and hour and a half, into Mexican waters, to the Coronado Islands.  This was a full day of diving (4 dives), using nitrox 32%.  I finally got a seal (or sea lion, I don't know which), on film!

The crew of the Lois Ann were great. I got to drink plenty of coffee, and great snacks/foods.  The Lois Ann Charters is a First Rate dive charter. I highly recommend them.

Big Moray

This was a VERY recent wreck. They boat must have gotten thrown onto the rocks at the northwestern end of the south most  island. I went inside and saw that the cushions and much of the boats was still intact, but anything valuable had already been removed...

This was my first seal picture. I looked up and there he/she was, just looking back at me.

Same seal (above and below)

The seal just hung around me for a few minutes, then went onto the shore
